If you or someone in your household are currently receiving benefits from any of the programs listed here, you are qualified to receive Lifeline Federal assistance on your telephone service.

To get the Lifeline discounted government assistance rate, we will need a signed Lifeline self
certification form from you, as well as a copy of a document showing your
enrollment in a qualifying program, or

To receive the Lifeline discount in Texas, you must fill out the Lite-up Texas application on the Texas PUC website. Upon receiving this application from the Texas PUC, the Texas LIDA (Solix) will inform us of your eligibility and your telephone bill will begin receiving the Lifeline discount
