Qualifying Customers
If you are enrolled in at least one of the programs above, you
may be qualified for Lifeline government assisted home telephone.
To get the Lifeline discounted government assistance rate, we will need a signed Lifeline self
certification form from you, as well as a copy of a document showing your
enrollment in a qualifying program, or
proof of income eligibility (if qualifying based on income).

Texas Customers
To get the Lifeline discount in Texas, you must fill out the
Lite-up Texas application on the Texas PUC website. Upon receiving this application from the Texas
PUC, the Texas LIDA (Solix) will inform us of your eligibility and your telephone bill will begin receiving the Lifeline discount
